Herbert Springer.

Mr. Bollinger played principal trombone with the Gettysburg Symphony and also served as the conductor of the Gettysburg Civic Chorus for about 30 years, as well as the director of the Gettysburg Church Choir.  During the years 1955-57, he served as director of the Gettysburg Blue and Gray Band.  In addition, he had played jazz piano and trombone with various organizations, including our own Town Band and our Jazz Band.
